Recommended Dosage (adult)

RECOMMENDED USAGE: One (1) capsule with every meal or snack and between meals as often as needed. Take with at least 8 oz. of water. Contents may be removed from capsule and taken by spoon immediately after mixing with a small amount of tepid water. Serving may be increased according to need as directed by health care practitioner.
