First off, please let us apologize for any inconvenience! Nobody is perfect, but we strive to be! So, we gladly accept any packages for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. Don’t worry about paying for return shipping. That is also covered by us! Just call us, text us, chat us, e-mail us or FB message us!
Here is our complete policy:
- All unopened packages are 100% refundable within 30 days of purchase.
- Any opened package is 100% refundable within 30 days of purchase. Just don’t eat 90% of the jar of protein and then say you don’t like it! This helps us all be fair. Also, we only accept one opened package of any one type of product.
- Refrigerated products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they are perishable. Sorry about that one!
- All products must be returned in similar condition to how you received them. Please don’t throw the package off of the roof and then return it.
What to do if your package, or part of your package, did not arrive: Easy…call us, e-mail us or FB message us! You can even try smoke signal or carrier pigeon (no guarantees on those though)!
