Reishi is not an extract but instead contains both the mycelium and the primordia (young fruitbodies) of Ganoderma lucidum grown aseptically into a biomass. The biomass is then manufactured into tablets, each containing 500 mg.

Ingredients

Ganoderma lucidum biomass (1000mg), Ganoderma lucidum, (bulking agent) microcrystalline cellulose, (anti-caking agent) silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Recommended Dosage (adult)

Directions for use:. Take two to six tablets per day.
