Black Cohosh Plus by Metagenics combines three powerful herbs for strong relief of menopausal symptoms and mental unease.

The first herb in this formula is Black Cohosh, long known to alleviate the symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and atrophy.

Motherwort has long been used as a female tonic. It is also traditionally used as a nervine (to calm the nerves) and for cardiovascular support. It has an overall comforting effect and proves to be useful in menopause.

The last ingredient is Lemon Balm. It is also a nervine, useful with restlessness, anxiety and insomnia. It is quite gentle and its effects are long-lasting.

Formulated to Exclude: Wheat, gluten, corn protein, soy, animal or dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, colors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives. This product is gluten-free, non-GMO and vegetarian. Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Dosage (adult)

DIRECTIONS: Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
