Drug Facts. Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride 0.02%, Disodium phosphate dihydrate, Isotonic sodium chloride solution and Sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate.

Recommended Dosage (adult)

Directions: At first sign of symptoms: Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 sprays into each nostril every. Standard Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 sprays into each nostril every 4 to 6 hours. Children 4 to 11 years: 1 spray into each nostril every 4 to 6 hours.
